  • Residential Appraisal License, AA Degree, 500 experience hours
  • Trainee Appraisal License issued after 1/1/08, AA Degree, 2500 experience hours
  • Trainee Appraisal License issued BEFORE 1/1/08, 60 hours of approved education, AA Degree, 2500 experience hours
  • 150 hours of approved education, AA Degree, 2500 experience hours
